The Social Compliance Coordinator will support ALO’s Corporate Social Compliance Program across our suppliers. This role requires a strong understanding of social compliance standards— including those related to the Fair Labor Association (FLA)—and strong analytical and reporting skills to support the company’s sustainability goals. The Coordinator will work closely with the Social Compliance Manager, Sustainability Team, and ALO’s suppliers to monitor labor conditions, track corrective actions, manage compliance data, and help implement ALO’s Workplace Standards. This position plays an important support role in maintaining ALO’s ethical standards and contributing to our long-term sustainability strategy.
Key responsibilities
Audit & Compliance Support
• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of social compliance audits across supplier factories to ensure adherence to labor laws, ALO Workplace Standards, and FLA principles.
• Assist in maintaining ALO’s compliance program by tracking remediation progress, verifying evidence, and preparing reports aligned with our compliance guidelines and FLA requirements.
• Support third-party audit coordination, including audit scheduling, document preparation, audit data management, and follow-up actions.
Monitoring & Performance Tracking
• Monitor supplier performance on labor rights, working hours, wages, and health and safety.
• Track and update corrective action plans (CAPs) to ensure timely closure and continuous improvement.
• Collect, validate, and analyze wage and working-hour data to assess compliance with ALO and FLA standards.
Data Management, Dashboards & Reporting
• Manage large sets of compliance data and maintain organized records for audits, CAPs, and supplier performance.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, tracking tools, scorecards, and visual reports used by management for decision-making.
• Support the creation of presentation materials (PowerPoint decks, charts, summaries) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries on supplier compliance trends.
Regulation, Standards & Sustainability Integration
• Stay updated on regulations and labor standards in relevant countries and support the assessment of compliance risks.
• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and tracking sustainability-related compliance data (e.g., waste, water, energy, labor metrics).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ALO’s overall social compliance performance.
Profile
• 2–3 years of experience in social compliance, sustainability, CSR, supply chain, or a related field—preferably within a manufacturing or international sourcing environment.
• Communicates openly and works well with others—someone who listens, collaborates, and builds trusting relationships with both internal teams and suppliers.
• Brings strong emotional intelligence, understands different working styles, and supports the team in a positive and respectful way.
• Approaches work with initiative and ownership, able to see what needs to be done and move things forward without waiting for direction.
• Thinks creatively and stays curious, always looking for better ways to organize information, improve reports, and enhance our tools.

• Organized, careful with details, and able to manage several tasks at once while keeping work accurate and reliable. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially:
o Excel dashboards, data visualization, pivot tables, formulas
o PowerPoint presentation design o Familiarity with business intelligence/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of FLA accreditation processes and principles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Asian manufacturing countries.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Asia.
