VietHope is a nonprofit organization founded in 2002 by Vietnamese students at Harvard University with the mission of empowering disadvantaged students in Vietnam through education.

Over the past two decades, VietHope has developed a comprehensive program ecosystem supporting students from high school through university and into their professional careers. Through scholarships, mentoring, career development programs, and leadership training, VietHope works to help young people overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

VietHope collaborates with universities, educators, volunteers, and partners in Vietnam and internationally to create sustainable opportunities for students and communities.

The READY Project (Responding to Employment Adaptability through Digital-skilling for Youth in CLV) is a regional initiative funded by the Mekong–Republic of Korea Cooperation Fund (MKCF) and implemented by VietHope in collaboration with universities and partners across the Mekong region.

The project aims to strengthen youth employability and adaptability in a rapidly evolving digital economy by equipping university students with essential digital skills, career readiness competencies, and practical learning opportunities.

READY focuses on building stronger connections between universities, industry partners, and regional collaboration networks to better prepare students for the changing labor market.

A central component of the project is the development of the READY Hub, a digital platform designed to support training delivery, collaboration among partner institutions, knowledge sharing, and long-term sustainability of the READY model. READY Hub will serve as the core platform connecting training programs, partner universities, trainers, and students across the region.
