1.Triển khai & Giám sát ESMS / ESMS Implementation & Oversight

• Triển khai Hệ thống Quản lý Môi trường – Xã hội (ESMS) của Stride trên toàn bộ các hoạt động kinh doanh. Implement Stride’s ESMS across all business units and activities.

• Duy trì và cập nhật chính sách, sổ tay, quy trình ESMS theo các thay đổi pháp luật và thực tế. Maintain and update ESMS policies, manuals, and procedures in line with evolving best practices and regulatory changes.

• Phát triển và thực hiện đánh khả năng thích ứng với rủi ro khí hậu, khả năng chống chịu cho danh mục đầu tư của Stride. Develop and implement vulnerability and climate risk resilience assessments for Stride’s portfolio.

• Xây dựng, rà soát chương trình ứng phó và chuẩn bị khẩn cấp. Develop and review the company’s emergency preparedness and response programs.

• Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro chuỗi cung ứng, đảm bảo nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp tuân thủ yêu cầu E&S. Conduct supply chain risk assessments to ensure suppliers and contractors adhere to E&S requirements.

• Đảm bảo các đánh giá rủi ro về môi trường và xã hội được tích hợp vào quá trình ra quyết định tín dụng và đầu tư. Ensure environmental and social risk assessments are integrated into credit and investment decision making.

• Xây dựng và theo dõi Kế hoạch Hành động Môi trường – Xã hội (ESAPs). Develop and monitor Environmental & Social Action Plans (ESAPs).

2.Thẩm định & Đánh giá rủi ro / Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

• Thực hiện thẩm định E&S cho khách hàng, đối tác và dự án tiềm năng. Conduct E&S due diligence for prospective clients, partners, and projects.

• Đánh giá rủi ro liên quan đến lao động, đất đai, an toàn & sức khỏe nghề nghiệp (OHS), tác động môi trường, và quan hệ cộng đồng. Assess risks related to labor practices, land use, occupational health & safety (OHS), environmental impact, and community relations.

• Đề xuất biện pháp giảm thiểu và hành động khắc phục khi phát hiện rủi ro. Recommend mitigation strategies and corrective actions where risks are identified..

3.Tuân thủ & Báo cáo/ Compliance & Reporting

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các luật môi trường, bộ luật lao động và các quy định an toàn của Việt Nam. Ensure compliance with Vietnamese environmental laws, labor codes, and safety regulations.

• Đảm bảo các dự án phù hợp với Tiêu chuẩn IFC và yêu cầu từ các bên cho vay. Align projects with IFC Performance Standards and lender-specific E&S requirements.

• Chuẩn bị báo cáo định kỳ về hiệu quả ESMS cho Ban lãnh đạo, nhà đầu tư, cơ quan quản lý. Prepare periodic ESMS performance reports for senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators.

• Quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu rủi ro E&S, kết quả giám sát và khiếu nại. Maintain databases of E&S risks, monitoring results, and grievance cases.

• Theo dõi, báo cáo giảm phát thải khí nhà kính (GHG) từ các dự án của Stride. Monitor and report on greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction and avoided emissions from Stride’s projects.

4. Giám sát & Đánh giá/ Monitoring & Evaluation

• Thực hiện kiểm tra hiện trường, đánh giá định kỳ để xác minh tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn ESMS. Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits as and when required to verify compliance with ESMS standards.

• Theo dõi các Chỉ số Hiệu suất chính (KPIs) về môi trường và xã hội cho các dự án điện mặt trời và hoạt động của công ty. Track E&S Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for solar projects and corporate operations.

• Theo dõi các hành động khắc phục, kế hoạch cải tiến liên tục. Oversee corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.

• Giám sát nhà thầu và đơn vị O&M tuân thủ chính sách E&S của Stride. Monitor contractors and O&M providers to ensure compliance with Stride’s E&S policies.

5.Nâng cao năng lực & Đào tạo/ Capacity Building & Training

• Thiết kế, tổ chức đào tạo ESMS cho các phòng ban nội bộ (tín dụng, kinh doanh, vận hành, kỹ thuật…). Design and deliver ESMS training programs for internal teams (credit, sales, operations, engineering etc.).

• Hướng dẫn, đào tạo cho nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp, đối tác dự án. Provide guidance and training to contractors, suppliers, and project partners.

• Thúc đẩy văn hóa bền vững và ý thức E&S trong toàn tổ chức. Promote a culture of sustainability and E&S awareness across the organization.

6.Gắn kết & Giải quyết khiếu nại/ Stakeholder Engagement & Grievance Handling

• Quản lý quá trình tham vấn cộng đồng, gắn kết các bên liên quan. Manage Stride’s stakeholder engagement processes, including community consultations as required.

• Đại diện công ty trong trao đổi với nhà đầu tư, kiểm toán, cơ quan quản lý và hiệp hội ngành. Serve as Stride’s point of contact for E&S matters with lenders, auditors, regulators, and industry associations.

7.Sáng kiến Khí hậu & Bền vững/ Climate & Sustainability Initiatives

• Hỗ trợ đăng ký và giao dịch chứng chỉ môi trường (RECs, tín chỉ carbon). Support the registration and trading of environmental attribute certificates (e.g., RECs, carbon credits).

• Nghiên cứu tính khả thi của các khoản vay xanh, khoản vay liên kết bền vững cho dự án. Research and evaluate the viability of sustainability-linked loans and green finance instruments to support Stride’s projects.

• 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn trong quản lý E&S, tuân thủ hoặc bền vững (ưu tiên năng lượng tái tạo). 3–5 years of professional experience in E&S management, compliance, or sustainability (renewable energy experience preferred).

• Hiểu biết sâu về về luật Môi trường và Xã hội tại Việt Nam. Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s E&S laws and regulatory framework.

• Am hiểu các tiêu chuẩn và khung phát triển bền vững (IFC, SDGs, v.v.). Familiar with sustainability standards & frameworks (IFC, SDGs etc).

• Kỹ năng viết báo cáo, tài liệu, thuyết trình tốt. Strong report-writing, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, quan hệ tốt. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Có khả năng đào tạo, huấn luyện ESG. Good training ability, capable of developing and delivering ESG-related training programs.

• Kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhà đầu tư, bên cho vay, kiểm toán viên, cơ quan quản lý. Experience liaising with investors, lenders, external auditors and regulators.

• Tinh thần đồng đội, có sức ảnh hưởng và kỹ năng đào tạo. Team player with the ability to train and influence others.

• Chủ động, linh hoạt, tận tâm với nguyên tắc bền vững. Proactive, resourceful, and committed to sustainability principles.

• Sẵn sàng di chuyển đến các vùng lân cận để tiến hành kiểm định dự án khi cần. Willingness to travel to nearby provinces to perform on-site inspections.

• Thành thạo tiếng Anh. Fluency in English.

• Độ tuổi yêu cầu: từ 18 tuổi trở lên/ >18 years old

· Lương/ salary : 15 -25 mil gross/month

· Đánh giá và trả lương theo năng lực. Evaluation and salary based on performance.

· Lương tháng 13. 13th month salary

· Quyền lợi khác theo qui định luật lao động hiện hành (Nghỉ phép, BHYT, BHXH). Other benefits based on current labor laws (Annual leave, social insurance)

·  Được cung cấp công cụ làm việc. Provision of equipment required for the role.

· Xét tăng lương mỗi năm 1 lần. Salary reviews each year.

· Thử việc nhận full lương. Full salary during probation period.
