AgriCapture develops high-integrity agricultural carbon projects globally. Our rice methane reduction programs combine strong Implementation Partnerships, disciplined MRV, and rigorous methodology to deliver durable climate outcomes for farmers and corporate buyers.

The APAC Rice Project Lead will lead day-to-day execution and expansion of rice methane reduction projects across Asia-Pacific. This role sits at the center of implementation partners, field teams, and internal leadership to ensure projects are executed with high integrity and scaled efficiently.

Success in this role is measured by growth in total hectares under management, quality of implementation, and verified credits generated.

1. Project Execution & Scale
- Manage APAC rice projects from field implementation through verification support
- Build and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and partner milestones
- Track data collection and ensure completeness, consistency, and audit readiness
- Drive year-over-year growth in total hectares enrolled and credits issued

2. Implementation Partner Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new implementation partners across APAC
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional partners
- Support partner growth through structured planning, performance tracking, and field visits
- Hold partners accountable to acreage, data quality, and timeline targets

3. Verification & Documentation Support
- Compile and organize project documentation under Verra VM51 and/or Gold Standard Rice methodologies
- Coordinate logistics for VVB site visits and respond to information requests
- Support buyer due diligence processes
- Maintain structured documentation repositories and audit trails

Key Performance Indicators

- Total hectares under management
- Growth in implementation partner network
- Data completeness and audit readiness
- Verified credits generated and issued

- Experience managing agricultural or sustainability projects across multiple regions
- Familiarity with rice production systems strongly preferred
- Exposure to carbon offset project development preferred (Verra VM51 or Gold Standard experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage external partners and drive accountability
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones
- Fluent in English (required)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
